78 m² - Adaptacja byłego biura na mieszkanie w modernistycznej kostce na Saskiej Kępie w Warszawie. Apartament dla kawalera przeprojektowany tak aby odpowiadał potrzebom i stylowi życia inwestora. Plan mieszkania został otwarty tak aby umożliwić swobodny przepływ przestrzeni wspólnej między holem wejściowym, garderobą, kuchnią z jadalnią oraz salonem. Detale w postaci wyoblonych ścian dodatkowo podkreślają płynność i spójność tej przestrzeni bez barier. Opracowane zostały dwa warianty kolorystyczne projektowanych stref – jasny i ciemny. Ostateczną realizowaną koncepcją został wariant ciemny zgodnie z gustem klienta, który marzył o czarnej kuchni z drewanianymi elementami oraz ciemnej, rasowej łazience. Pozostałe strefy mieszkania zostały zaprojektowane jako jasne i miękkie. Jednym, głównym akcentem kolorystycznym w apartamencie jest szaro-zielona miętowa ściana przechodząca główną ścianą salonu przez wejście do sypialni, wejście do łazienki i zakręcająca do wejścia głównego do mieszkania. W zespole tych ścian zostały ukryte jedyne 2 pary drzwi w mieszkaniu – do sypialni i łazienki. | Adaptation of a former office to a flat in a modernist cube building in Saska Kępa, Warsaw. The bachelor's apartment has been redesigned to suit the investor's needs and lifestyle. The plan of the apartment has been opened to allow free flow of the common space between the entrance hall, wardrobe, kitchen with dining room and living room. Details in the form of rounded walls additionally emphasize the fluidity and coherence of this space with no barriers. Two color variants of the designed zones were developed - light and dark. The final concept implemented was the dark variant fitted to the taste of the customer, who dreamed of a black kitchen with wooden elements and a dark, thoroughbred bathroom. Other areas of the apartment were designed to be light and soft. One, the main color accent in the apartment is a gray-mint green wall passing through the main wall of the living room through the bedroom entrance, bathroom entrance and curving to the main entrance to the apartment. In the set of these walls, only 2 pairs of doors in the apartment are hidden - to the bedroom and bathroom.
